GENERAL

For our 6 meal plan, you will receive all 6 meals at one time (Sunday). For our 10 or 12 meals, you have the option to choose all of your meals to be delivered at one time (Sunday) or you can choose to have your order split into two delivery dates (Sunday AND Wednesday) just click SPLIT DELIVERY at check-out. We will auto choose your meals for you or you can specify which meals you would like in Special Instructions at check-out.

A La Carte (all needs to say Customize Menu instead of A la Carte)

LivClean’s Customize Menu feature allows you to choose your own Meal plan from our LivClean, LivLean and LivGreen Categories, so mix it up and Live Healthy!

The minimum meal quantity is 6 Meals.

Yes, you can choose from one of our Categories and still add Customize Menu Meals from any other category.

Yes, if your choosing all your Meals from our Customize Menu option you will still receive the discounted price for your volume i.e. ordering 10 Meals or 12 Meals plus, gives you the same discounted price our set category meal plans offer.

LivClean Meals optional subscription plans auto-renew each month to make achieving better health easier. Our healthy meals will automatically be delivered to you on weekly basis without you missing any deadlines or forgetting to order. Just set it and forget it! LivClean Meals subscription charges will be applied on a weekly basis to the credit card provided.  Applicable to only our 6 and 12 Meal Plans.  You will receive our weekly alternating menu at the defaulted selections.

LivClean has no contracts or penalty fees. If you are away for a while, or want to take a break, you can cancel your LivClean Subscription anytime.
Please send us an email request the week before the cut-off date and just let us know when you are ready to LivClean again.

LivClean Meals are prepared fresh the day before or the day of delivery.
Food Delivery Reheating Instructions:
Our white containers are made for reheating in the microwave only. If you wish to reheat your meals in the oven, please transfer food to an oven safe container.
LivClean Meals all come with expiry dates on our containers. Ideally, they should to be consumed between 3-5 days for optimal freshness.

Yes, LivClean Meals ordering deadlines are Fridays at midnight in order to receive your meals the following Sunday afternoon / evening and Wednesday evening

LivClean Meals minimum package order is 6 meals for delivery and pick-up with no weekly commitments.
You can cancel your LivClean Meal order 48 hours before the cut-off date in order to receive a full refund.

Yes, LivClean offers 5% off weekly subscriptions and you also get to enjoy the benefits of LivClean’s Living Loyalty Points.

LivClean Meals offers all our “Clean Eaters” with our Living Loyalty Points designed to thank you for eating clean!

As you accumulate points from your meal purchases, you will be able to redeem your points and use as a credit towards any future orders!

You will be able to view your points within your account.

All of our meals are made from scratch in a licensed commercial kitchen located in the heart of Vaughan.
Yes, LivClean Meals provides all relevant nutritional information within our meal descriptions on our menu tab.

DELIVERIES & SHIPPING

LivClean Meals delivers to Vaughan and the GTA. Please view our map for more details. If you are outside of these Regions please email us at Hello@livcleanmeals.com for special requests.
LivClean Meals will deliver your first 2 orders in insulated reusable bag(s) at no charge. LivClean kindly requests that you leave your empty reusable bag(s) outside your door or with your concierge, this will allow us to recycle our bags (Remove old bag and provide new bag). If any new insulated bags are required at future deliveries you will be charged $5 per bag.
For sanitary reasons, LivClean does not accept returned containers. All of our containers provided are reusable and make a great replacement of your old Tupperware! If you do not intend to keep them, we encourage you to please recycle.

LivClean Meals pick-up days are Sunday’s from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Wednesday’s from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Order before Friday December 14th @ midnight to receive your meals Sunday December 16th and / or Wednesday December 19th.
